 ↪️Guideline issued by the Central Government

 ↪️However, in these rules, the state government can take a decision according to the situation.

It has been decided to extend the lockdown across the country till May 31.  14 days more lockdown will apply.  The guideline has been issued by the central government in this regard.  The Home Ministry has issued guidelines in which Metro train service will not be allowed, Metro, schools, colleges will be closed.  There will be tightness in the hot spot area.  While the hotel, restaurant will be closed.  Domestic and international flights not allowed.

↪️ What will be the relief and what will be the ban in Lockdown 4.0 by the Central Government

Rules have been announced regarding it.  However, in these rules, the state government can take a decision according to the situation.

 1. The lockdown will be in effect until May 31

 2. These activities will be banned across the country

 C) There will be a ban on any kind of national or international air travel without security, medical reasons or special permission.
 B) Metro railway service will be closed.
 C) All educational institutions will be closed.  Online education will be promoted. D) Hotels, restaurants will be closed.  Accommodation services for home delivery kitchen, quarantine facility, police, government officials etc., bus depot, canteen at railway station will continue.
 F) All social, political, sports, entertainment, religious, social gatherings will be closed.
 G) All places of worship and places of worship will be closed.

3. These activities may be partially opened except for the containment zone.

 C) Inter-state bus and vehicle service (approval of both the states is required)
 B) Bus and vehicle service can be started within the states.

 4. The National Directive of Covid 19 should be implemented across the country for the management of Corona virus in the country.

 5. Containment Buffer, Red, Green, Orange Zone

 C) According to the guidelines issued by the Union Ministry of Health, the states themselves will be able to designate red, green and orange zones in their territory.
 B) According to the guidelines issued by the Union Ministry of Health, the local bodies of the districts will be able to decide for themselves where and how many containment zones and buffer zones to keep within the red and orange zones.

C) Only necessities of life will be allowed in the containment zone so that there is no movement of people in these areas without cause of medical or emergency.
 D) Detailed contact tracing and house to house surveillance and health checkup will be done in this zone.

 6. Emergency services will not be available anywhere in the country except from 7 pm to 7 am: Union Home Ministry

 7. Elderly people above 65 years of age, people with diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, kidney and pregnant women and children under 10 years should not leave the house except in case of emergency.

8. All other activities (except those which are specifically prohibited) will be allowed.  Only necessities of life will be allowed in the containment zone.  In addition the state government may ban further activities as per their requirement.

 9. Health Bridge App

 C) The Health Bridge app will be used to protect the person and the entire area from the corona.
 B) The company should make efforts to get its employees to install the health bridge app in their mobiles.
 C) The district administration will encourage people to put up a health bridge app and update their health status in a timely manner to make it easier for the authorities to manage.

 10. Instruction for transfer of people and goods

 All states must allow the movement of medical personnel, nurses, staff, cleaners and ambulances, freight vehicles, empty trucks, etc., within the interstate and within the states, without any restrictions.
11. Implementation of Guidelines

 C) State Governments cannot relax these restrictions.
 B) The Collector of the district system will implement the guideline for the region.



12. All citizens shall strictly abide by the above rules, failing which legal action will be taken under Sections 51 to 60 and IPC 188.
