Anti-dumping duty has been removed from PTA to benefit the textile sector.  The tax on import of news print and light coated paper has been reduced from 10% to 5%.  Home loans can be cheaper after budget and electric cars can also be cheaper.  Customs duty on raw sugar, agro-based products, skimmed milk, certain alcoholic beverages, soy fiber, soy protein has been exempted.
